Suhail Basit
Synechron Technologies - Senior Technology Director

Suhail brings in global Financial Services and Technology background along with proven business acumen. He has spearheaded technology initiatives in advanced areas like High-Frequency Algorithmic Trading, Predictive Analytics and Automated Settlements for major financial players in UK and USA.

In his latest endeavour, Suhail has set up the Middle East business for a global financial services technology company – from zero to multi-million dollars in annual revenue.

Suhail has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from a premier Indian Institute along with specialized courses from NYU and MIT. He is also a technology advisor and mentor with three FinTech startups.

Soma Sekhar

Soma Sekhar is in the technology industry for more than 27 years. He worked with Rolta India and Intergraph Middle East, before incorporating and running TrackIT Solutions as its CEO. TrackIT, as the name suggests, specializes in Integrated Tracking Solutions for enterprises. TrackIT has deployed its solutions in multiple airports in the region, in addition to government, banks and Industry at large. He is a known name in RFID, GIS and Enterprise Mobility domains in Middle East.

Born in Andhra Pradesh, India. He did his Bachelors in Engineering from Nagarjuna University and masters from IIT, Kanpur, India. He is married and has two children.

Pavel Gupta
Co-Founder, NeenOpal Intelligent Solutions

NeenOpal is a company focused on building Machine Learning and Big Data Applications in the Retail, eCommerce, CPG, Logistics & Supply Chain based in Bangalore, India. Pavel is responsible for business development, growth and expansion across Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Pavel has worked with Citibank and a leading Big Data Analytics company where he worked for numerous Fortune 500 companies across the Pharma, Retail and Banking industry in US, India, China, Denmark and Portugal.

Pavel holds a Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee & MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
