Most recently in the capacity as Area Logistics Manager with Wilhelmsen Ships Service, Middle East (Dubai) responsible for the definition and roll-out of their Maritime Logistics business strategy, global partner selections, and service offer. Also responsible for UAE operations with more than 120 pax across 4 offices offering the full range of Freight Forwarding and 3rd Party Logistics services. Prior to that employed with A.P. Moller – Maersk Group with Mercantile/Maersk Logistics/ Damco in various client facing roles. Flemming has extensive experience in Country Management, Key Account Management, Solution Sales and complex contracting, Warehouse optimisation, IT integration, Workflow management and process mapping. He is in-house trained via Maersk International Shipping Education and holds a diploma in Integrated Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Fisher College at Ohio State University & Cambridge University.

Nilay Gosavi

Nilay Gosavi is a practicing supply chain professional with over 2 decades of operational and strategic supply chain experience in India and UAE. He has a Masters in Logistics from an AustralianUniversity and a Bachelor in Engineering from India.

He has exposure across a variety of industries like oil and gas services, automobiles, spares, electronic, electrical, retail etc. His current role is leading the supply chain for Phoenix Contact, a global manufacturer of electrical and electronic products.

He is widely experienced in various aspects of supply chain, specifically, procurement, supplier development, logistics, warehousing, inventory, S&OP, Forecasting.
He believes that organizations are all about people and their attitude and is passionate about engaging with spirited individuals to work closely with their organizational supply chain.

His work focuses on improving supply chains, training supply chain professionals, frame policies and procedures, lend services to training and development institutes with the objective to improve operational efficiency. In his spare time, he works on creating beautiful homes for select clients

Raymond Schraff is Industry Director for Global Trade Solutions of Hyland, Creator of OnBase, leading business development efforts and working with their Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies to dematerialize business processes. He has extensive experience with the development of business software solutions for process improvement and regulatory compliance - applying best practices from digital document management, capture and automation to international logistics and trade processes.

Ray is active in a number of international standards organizations as an enthusiastic champion for dematerialization of Global Trade and Transportation processes:

* Active member of the United States delegation to United Nations CEFACT where he contributes in the development of standards for electronic recordkeeping, trade document/data standards, and trade data transfer processes to facilitate international electronic business for import/export/logistics.
* * Convener of the Focus Group on Dematerialization, within the World Customs Organization Data Model Project Team, working to develop international trade data standards with a focus on commercial logistics uses and extensions of the WCO data schemas and business process models.
* Committee Member on the International Trade Data Standards Committee, within the United States Customs and Border Protection Trade Support Network, an advisory group for the CBP electronic, single-window ACE system.

Santanu Roy

Professor - Institute of Management Technology Dubai

Dr. Santanu Roy is a Professor in the areas of Operations, Supply Chain, Project and Technology Management at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Dubai. He has earlier served as a Professor and Dean (Academics) at IMT Ghaziabad, India and as an Associate Professor at VGSOM, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. Prior to his faculty assignments, he had served as the Head, Human Resource Group and Senior Principal Scientist at CSIR-NISTADS, New Delhi, India. He is a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and Master of Science in Physics from IIT Delhi.  He has more than 34 years of experience in technology administration, academics and academic administration.  He has carried out project assignments for many organizations a few of which are UNDP, DANIDA, and the University of Essex, UK.  His consultancy assignments for companies and organizations include the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, Central Public Works Department (CPWD), India, HINDALCO Limited India, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, India and the Landmark Group in Dubai. He has a high Google Scholar citation count. He received the Best Paper Awards in the 14th IEF Conference, 16-18 September 2015, Cape Town, South Africa and the 35th ISBE Conference, 7-8 November 2012, Dublin, Ireland.
